As a mixed race woman (White British and Black African-Caribbean), I'm aware that I'm often seen as society’s 'accepted version' of a Black woman. I need to use the privilege that I have to help others.

 

When I entered the working world, I wish that I had somebody who could tell me what I needed to expect. That's what I intend to do for you.
